All orders will be delivered by special Delivery for free. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting us at email@example.com and giving us your order number. Please allow 2-4 working days for the dispatch of your item. If you require it urgently please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Currently we are only able to accept on-line orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please contact Personal Shopping at firstname.lastname@example.org and a Sales & Service Professional will reply to you within 24 hours from 09:00 til 18:00GMT Monday through Saturday. Closed Sunday. We are closed on public holidays.
Please allow an additional 5 days for delivery of machine-engraved items.
Return Policy and Packaging Information
Merchandise will be available for refund, or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.
Kindly note that Alexander Quin does not accept exchanges or refunds on any engraved and customised pieces.
